Very flexible feeding possibilities

The feeding possibilities are very flexible. With forklift and chip container or automatic hoisting and tipping unit for small quantities. With shovel dozer and chip bunker in case of large quantities of chips. However, our customers have also the possibility to suck the chip directly from the tool-machine with vacuum-technology and to transport over big distances to the processing plant.

Efficient Conveying technology

The entire process now goes automatically. Conveying technology transports the chips to the individual processing units.

A large volume chip bunker stores the chips for the continuous melting process. Transported by a screw conveyor with an exactly dosed material-stream, the chips are fully automatically conveyed to the furnaces.

Consistent granulate with lowest rate of fine particles

Heart of the chip processing is the shredder EZ100. which was developed specifically for Aluminium and prepares chips always with the same size with lowest rate of fine particles for the further processing.

On a separating chute massive parts are sorted out before. The aluminum now goes through another cleaning-step, in which iron-containing parts are taken away reliably.

Centrifuges which are easy to maintain and wear-resistant now dry the aluminium to a residual moisture of less than 1,5 percent. The expensive slinged out coolant is cleaned over a filter-installation and can be reused after that.

Pure aluminium is the result of our process. It's perfectly appropriate for rims, pistons, engine mounts...
