Fully automatic return of crushed cast parts to the melting furnace

The return of sprue parts to the melting process still takes place manually and labourintensively in many companies. The ARP company offers a fully automatic system which crushes the sprue parts directly at the die-casting machine and transports them directly to the furnace via a vacuum system. The ARP vacuum system can service up to 30 die-casting machines. The well-proven technology has been successfully used in the automotive supply industry and the metal-cutting industry for 20 years. As a result of the flexibility of our vacuum system, die-casting machines can be rearranged and/or extended at any time. The availability is extremely high.
